Each of Banwa’s six beachfront villas offer guests a jacuzzi deck, infinity pool, 12 garden suites and an owner’s residence. Banwa Private Island is located just two hours from Manila, which eases the arrival and departure process. The private island also comes with a guest services team that will work to make this luxury stay well worth its price.
One night at the luxurious private resort starts at AU$142,000 per night.
Just a one hour plane ride from Manila, Amanpulo is a private Palawan Province island resort in the Philippines.
The boutique hideaway offers a taste of tropical island luxe, with a range of Casitas and Villas located on the hillside and along the beach. Each villa comes complete with a private butler and private chef, allowing guests to lie back, relax and forget all their troubles.

Tucked away in the northern part of Palawan Province’s 1780 islands, Huma Island Resort & Spa offers guests a range of adventure and romance opportunities. Huma Island Palawan reopened in September 2019 with freshly completed renovations, meaning that visitors can now enjoy Huma’s luxury experience with all the latest resort updates.
Surrounded by beautiful islets and an abundance of colourful marine life, scenic beaches and natural greenery, the exclusive hideaway features 81 villas and suites, six dining venues, an over-water spa complex and a range of recreational facilities.
Guests at Huma can enjoy excursions such as a visit to the Philippines’ only saltwater hot spring at Maquinit and freshwater swimming at Concepcion Falls.
Ariara itself claims it is the ultimate ‘off the beaten track’ destination that offers a combination of action-packed activities and relaxing experiences. Only 22 guests can enjoy the island at a time, making it one of the more intimate experiences on our list.
Ariara Island’s accommodation includes a range of beachfront villas, cottages and suites. All of these options are situated along the main beach and offer stunning uninterrupted views out to sea.
From exploring the region to relaxing on Ariara, guest can choose from a number of activities that invigorate the senses.
