Alinea was founded by chef Grant Achatz in partnership with Nick Kokonas in 2005. It quickly made a name for itself in the Chicago food scene.
Alinea has been named the Best Restaurant in the World by Elite Traveler magazine, three times been awarded the title of Best Restaurant in the United States by The World’s 50 Best Restaurants and Gourmet Magazine,
and has appeared in hundreds of publications around the world. The venerable Michelin Guide awarded Alinea their highest rating, 3-stars,
a ranking held by only 12 restaurants in the United States. Alinea has won James Beard Awards for Best Service in the United States and holds 5 Mobil Stars.
An excellent addition to our list of Michelin 3 star restaurants, Azurmendi has taken the lead in sustainability in fine dining. This Basque restaurant in Larrabetzu,
Spain starts guests with a walk through the rooftop vegetable garden then leads them through the kitchen and indoor greenhouse before their dining room experience begins.
Servers treat guests to delicacies such as Tartar of Ibérico and Truffled egg along the way.
The restaurant cools the building with geothermal energy, recycles its waste, and harvests rainwater as well.

Eleven Madison Park is a New York City institution. Chef Daniel Humm offers up exquisite American cuisine in a tasting menu that is an experience in itself. Definitely one of the restaurants with 3 Michelin stars that you want to experience!
Eleven Madison Park is a fine dining restaurant located in the heart of New York City. The restaurant overlooks one of the most beautiful parks in Manhattan,
Madison Square Park, and sits at the base of a historic Art Deco building on the corner of 24th Street and Madison Avenue.
The restaurant has been owned by Chef Daniel Humm and Restaurateur Will Guidara since 2011 and during that time it has evolved considerably,
both in food and in experience. Today, the restaurant offers an eight to ten course menu in the main dining room, but guests can also visit the bar for a more abbreviated tasting menu, some light snacks, or simply for a cocktail or glass of wine.

Restaurant Per Se is also located in New York City. It features the cuisine of famed chef Thomas Keller. Keller is the only American chef to simultaneously hold three Michelin-starred restaurants.
The restaurant is Chef Keller’s second three-Michelin-starred property featuring his daily nine-course tasting menu and a nine-course vegetable tasting menu using classic French technique and the finest quality ingredients available.
An award-winning wine list, boasting more than 2,000 bottles, complements the menu.
The list highlights a collection of older wines as well as wines from small producers that are released in limited quantities.
