Volkswagon generated a great deal of buzz at the Geneva International Motor show with the introduction of their first ever all-electric model that was inspired by a dune buggy.

The design looks like the popular US dune buggies that were driven all over beaches in the 1960s and 1970s.

The concept comes into the new century with an all-electric motor.
The Volkswagen ID. Buggy is based on the Modular Electric Toolkit (MEB). Nostalgia meets modern technology with this fun new car.
Once again, the Geneva International Motor Show did not disappoint enthusiasts.
