QT Singapore – Balcony Suite
The new lifestyle hotel is located in a transformed heritage building on Robinson Road and showcases QT’s signature ‘playful luxury’ design
QT Hotels & Resorts has launched its first property in Southeast Asia with the highly anticipated opening of QT Singapore. The hotel, located in the refurbished Telegraph heritage building on Robinson Road, brings the brand’s signature playful style to Singapore, promising guests a unique blend of bold design, premium amenities and impressive dining.
“After a phenomenal transformation, QT Singapore is ready to bring its bold and creatively charged hospitality to the heart of Singapore’s culturally vibrant district,” stated Norman Arundel, Director of EVT Hotels and Resorts – the company behind QT Hotels & Resorts.
“With a new signature restaurant led by award-winning chef Sean Connolly and the stunning labyrinth rooftop pool and bar, guests will stay, dine and immerse themselves with unexpected delight.”
QT’s distinct brand of hospitality focuses on curated spaces and a rich guest experience. The brand was one of the first to spearhead the design-led boutique hotel experience now so prevalent, in Australia when QT Gold Coast debuted in 2011.
Nic Graham of Nic Graham & Associates was engaged to lead QT Singapore’s interior, which blends contemporary elegance with the building’s neo-classical façade. A bold use of colour throughout nods to Singapore’s vibrant culture and style, interwoven with artistic furniture, delicate lighting and detailing incorporating woven rattan, black framing and classic proportions.
The hotel’s 134 luxurious guest rooms include Double-ceiling Junior, Corner, Balcony, and Premier Suites, and feature advanced technology, bespoke QT Dream Beds and premium amenities, such as Dyson hair products.
Each room provides a sense of playful yet elegant eccentricity, in keeping with the QT brand’s style ethos. The hotel has also collaborated with both local and international artists to bring an artistic flair to its spaces, including Singapore-based artist Jill Tran, whose print works line the hotel’s walls.
The hotel’s public spaces are complemented by two distinct dining experiences: Cygnet, a Manhattan-style steakhouse with a menu curated by award-winning chef Sean Connolly, and Rooftop at QT, a bar that offers creative cocktails with a view. Both dining spots offer a distinctive blend of Singaporean inspiration and international flair.
QT Singapore is now taking bookings.
