The 2018 voting window is now closed – thank you to everyone who took the time to vote for their favourite restaurant – this year there has been an overwhelming response which really means a lot to the participants. Interim results will be sent out later this week with full disclosure at the gala event in Northern Ireland on 14th July 2018.

Kevin only uses seasonal, fresh produce and whenever possible sourced locally; the meat comes from Switzerland, the fish is Swiss or French. The same thing applies to the fruit and vegetables. The Chef enjoys contact with local producers, meeting them, understanding their profession, living their passion. Kevin is often found on a country path, picking herbs and mushrooms – his favourite vegetable.
